Freediving Playa Funchi

On the northwest shore of Bonaire, the diving at Playa Funchi offers diverse marine life including parrotfish, jacks, angelfish, peacock flounder, blue tangs, trumpetfish, wrasse and stingrays. In the deeper parts of the dive site (up to 30 m) you can spot horse-eye jacks. The best Playa Funchi shallows are found offshore to the south and north sides of the cove.

Playa Funchi is a very scenic rocky beach. It is accessible from the beach or also by boat at Buoy #3.
