From the Sunshine Coast Highway, take Redrooffs Rd to the park entrance. The best diving is on he left side of the beach (look at the marker in google maps satellite view).

The dive is protected from winds and waves and fairly shallow, bottoming out at about 10 m. An enjoyable and relaxed dive site, that makes for a good picnic spot afterwards.
