Porteau Cove campground

Protected alternate entry for Porteau Cove in case the weather is too rough for diving at the main site. In order to get to the Porteau Cove campground dive site, you go through the campground towards the beach at the end of the road. That means walking when the campground is open, otherwise you may be able to drive right up (during winter).

There is a wall towards the point along the north and a gravelly bottom in the cove itself. It is a good spot to catch lingcod and octopus.
